Bellagio on fire - iconic Las Vegas strip hotel in flames


More than 70 firefighters battled the flames after a fire broke out on the roof at 10.46pm local time. 
Videos that have emerged of the incident show fire falling from the roof. 
Clark County Fire said firefighting efforts were "extremely difficult" due to the location of the fire and access to the location.
The Deputy Chief of Clark County Fire Department, Roy Session, said: "Our guys who work this area of town knew this hotel like the back of their hands.”
He praised the firefighters for putting the fire out so quickly and said the strong winds meant it spread at pace.
