Ryan Lochte Is Engaged To GF Kayla Rae Reid

Things are certainly getting better for Ryan Lochte!
On Sunday, the Olympian took to Instagram to reveal that he is now engaged to his girlfriend Kayla Rae Reid. How exciting!
For the sweet pic (above), the competitive swimmer wrote:
"Memories forever!!! #thelochtes #LA"
DANGGGG! Look at that rock!
And it seems as though Miz Reid is as impressed with Ryan's surprise as we are as she too took to IG and posted:

In case you forgot, the duo first connected back in January 2016 when they met at an El Lay hotspot. So chic!
Although the twosome have only dated for nine months, Ryan's pretty confident about his engagement decision….especially after the former Playboy model stood by his side following his Rio scandal. Earlier this month, during a candid chat with USA Today, the Dancing With The Stars contestant dished:
"My family says, ‘Don't you think it's a little too soon?' I'm like, 'Can you put a time on love? Can you?' When I realized this was ‘the one' was when she stuck behind me through this. She still loves me and she's still right there with me."
Tissues, anyone?
We honestly couldn't be happier for Ryan and Kayla on their wedding news! Congratulations you two!

Those creepy dancing twin girls would also make an appearance. And there'd be a gun. My imaginary emoji recap is appealing because it's incredibly hard to come away from a blockbuster hour of television like "Chapter Forty-Four" and pull together coherent thoughts that aren't just "AHHH!" or "WHY would you get ICE for the DAMN CHAMPAGNE?!" or "OMG FACE OFF MASK!" or "Why isn't all of life just Jane and Rogelio doing that father/daughter dance forever?" But I'll give it a try. Jane the Virgin 's season finale is a narrative fireworks display, a shock-and-awe storytelling spectacular that short-circuits emotional processing centers with blazing confidence. It drops j
